Willie Nelson announces retirement due to medical emergency……

Due to illness, Willie Nelson, 91, has canceled his appearances on the Outlaw Music Festival Tour.
Nelson might return to the tour as early as the following week.
The icon of country music Willie Nelson is back on the road, but he skipped his set at Georgia’s Outlaw Music Festival on Friday night.


Nelson’s illness kept him from the inaugural Outlaw Music Festival Tour performance.
Nelson said he was “not feeling well” and had been instructed to rest for the next four days in a post on his Instagram page.The statement said, “We regret to inform you that Willie Nelson is not feeling well and has been advised to rest for the next four days per doctor’s orders.” “He should recover quickly and attend the Outlaw Music Festival.”

Lukas Nelson and the family band intervened in support, playing a set that included important classic records from Willie Nelson’s discography.

Nelson, 91, is the Outlaw Music Festival Tour’s main attraction. Alison Krauss, Robert Plant, and Bob Dylan are among the other artists.

Nelson is anticipated to return to the tour as early as next week, per the statement.
