The Fort Myers Tip-Off announced matchups and schedules for the men’s side of the tournament on Wednesday afternoon, highlighted by Michigan and Virginia Tech facing off in day one of action.

The Beach (Michigan, Virginia Tech, South Carolina, and Xavier) and Palms (Miami of Ohio, Siena, Jacksonville, and Mercer) divisions will play No. 25-27 at Suncoast Credit Union Arena.

The four Beach Division games, set for Nov. 25 and 27 will take place at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on both days, with FS1 providing nationally televised coverage of all four contests. Michigan will face Virginia Tech at 6 p.m. in the first game on Nov. 25, with Xavier and South Carolina squaring off at 8:30 p.m. Third-place and championship contests will take place on Nov. 27.

In the Palms Division, Miami (OH) will take on Siena at 11 a.m. on Nov. 25 and will be followed by Jacksonville facing Mercer at 1:30 p.m. The teams will return to the court on Nov. 26 with the third-place game taking place at 11 a.m. and the championship game being held at 1:30 p.m. All Palms Division games will be streamed on FSWBucs.com.

Xavier-South Carolina: Xavier leads the all-time series, 1-0. Only meeting was Dec. 19, 1941 (Xavier, 63-43)

Michigan-Virginia Tech: Michigan leads the all-time series, 4-2. Last matchup was Nov. 30, 2016 (Virginia Tech, 73-70)
