
Bryan Ferry is looking back on his solo career with the 81-song Retrospective: Selected Recordings 1973-2023. The huge new collection includes numerous covers, favorites from across the Roxy Music frontman’s catalog, rarities, a new track titled “Star,” and more. The five-disc album opens with Ferry’s first-ever solo single, a cover of Bob Dylan’s “A Hard Rain’s a-Gonna Fall,” and also includes a new cover of Dylan’s 1965 song “She Belongs to Me.” Find that, along with a handful of tracks from the box set, below.
Retrospective: Selected Recordings 1973-2023 is out October 25 via BMG. It’ll be available digitally and as a five-disc collection that comes with a 100-page hardcover book of liner notes, photographs, and imagery. A condensed edition, The Best of
, will also be released in double-vinyl and single-CD formats.
