Shocking reveal: Joe Burrow has revealed Shocking secrets to fans about his…

Joe Burrow revealed new workout secrets in his upcoming cover issue of Men’s Health magazine.

Burrow’s “Get NFL Strong” issue, released nationwide Sept. 2, focuses on how injuries pushed the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback to rebuild his approach to fitness and nutrition. And he revealed four exercises he has included in his workout routine:

Bear crawls.

Farmer’s walks holding 45-pound plates.

Single-leg skater squats.

Isometric Bulgarian split squats.

The NFL superstar says he changed his thoughts on strength, fitness and durability after tearing a ligament in his right wrist during a Week 11 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens last season. He has landed on the injured reserve list twice in his professional football career, but Burrow said he “couldn’t let it happen again.

“The biggest thing for me this year is just being out there with the guys … and be available,” Burrow said to Men’s Health.

To be on the field for the 2024 NFL season, Burrow packed on an extra 10-15 pounds of muscle by incorporating the new exercises into his routine, hiring a nutritionist and a chef, creating a new hydration routine around BodyArmor drinks and refocusing his mind.

“I think part of (building mental strength) is just doing really hard, really hard s*** – that you have to find that place in your mind that you can go and fight through it,” Burrow added.
