Full-time: Sky Blues mount a comeback, and Coventry City 1-2 QPR live updates Coventry City matchday blog from CoventryLive, and Sky Blues reporter Andy Turner provides live updates from the CBS Arena
When Coventry City hosts Queens Park Rangers at the CBS Arena this afternoon in their final game of the 2023–24 season, Mark Robins is demanding that his players finish on a high note.

On this day, Sky Blues supporters may bid farewell to as many as eight current performers, some of whom have contracts that don’t expire for another year, in addition to the club’s annual Legends Day celebration honoring former players.

To cap off another unforgettable season in which there has been noticeable improvement in some areas and setbacks in others, Mark Robins’ team must first and foremost score a final three points. Maintaining a clean sheet will be a top priority this afternoon, made more challenging by the fact that City only had one fit center-half at the end of their Tuesday night loss to Ipswich Town at home.

Keep checking back for all of the team news for today—it will be posted here at 11.30 a.m., one hour prior to kickoff.

The game ends in disappointment as City slip to their fifth defeat in their last six winless league games.

Bobby Thomas has a chance deflected wide for a corner as City throw everything at QPR in the final minutes of the season.
