Cleveland is going to be a top team in the Eastern Conference this season, while Detroit will most likely be at the bottom. While Cunningham is a dominant player for the Pistons, he will not be able to keep this game within reach by himself and will also face issues against Mobley. Cleveland is a far more rounded team and will be able to rally behind the home crowd to easily handle the Pistons.
The Cavs put up 136 points in their season opener with 6 players scoring at least 11. While their shooting performance was spectacular, it should not be expected to be replicated each night. At home, against a Pistons team that has had its struggles on the defensive side, expect Cleveland to carry a majority of the load to the Over.
