sad news: Warrington Wolves 3 star players are been suspended just now….

Hull KR v Warrington Wolves team news with two doubts and three ruled out

he Super League play-off semi-finals get underway this evening as Hull KR host Warrington Wolves at Craven Park. It’s a clash that sees two top three sides go head to head with the winner becoming the first side to take their place in next week’s Grand Final.

KR will be confident, having won 10 of their last 11 games, with Willie Peters’ side entering the play-offs as the form team. They’ve benefitted from having last weekend off and they’ll be the fresher of the two sides this evening, that is for certain.

Warrington travel to east Hull on the back of their rousing golden point win over St Helens at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, though, with a George Williams drop goal being the difference last Saturday. They’ll be riding a wave of confidence down the M62 and they’ll be backed by a vocal support, too, as Sam Burgess looks to lead the Wolves to Old Trafford in his first season with the club.

he bookies have struggled to split the two teams and the pundits have, too, with the experts being divided on who progresses from tonight’s tie. Ahead of the game, we take a look at the team news for both teams.

Hull KR team news

Willie Peters made two changes to his Hull KR squad for this evening’s game with Kelepi Tanginoa and Niall Evalds stepping back into the fold after respective muscle and head injuries.

Peters stopped short of confirming that Evalds would be ready to play when speaking to the press on Tuesday and despite being named in the squad, he goes down as a doubt. The same can be said for Oliver Gildart, who missed KR’s last game with a rib issue.

Elliot Minchella serves the second and final game of his suspension this evening and he’s the only major absentee this week.
