LPGA Tour Star Charley Hull in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shows Off “Instagram vs. Reality”

Charley Hull is a highly successful golfer, known for becoming the youngest player to compete in the international Solheim Cup. Hull has also won Rookie of the Year and competed in both the LPGA Tour and the Ladies European Tour. At the age of 15, she became the youngest competitor to qualify for the tour ladder. Staying in top shape is important to Hull, who recently shared a video on Instagram of herself on a fitness bike, captioning the post, “Instagram vs. Reality.” With a dedication to fitness, self-care, and preparation, Hull balances her golf career with workouts, sprints, and rowing, staying physically and mentally ready for the game. Here are some of Hull’s healthy habits.

Golf is the main way Hull keeps herself in shape. The sport has a lot of health benefits. Better Health states, “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven cc. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Hull shared some of her secrets to success in an interview with Marie Claire UK. She says that she always makes sure to be prepared. “If you put the effort in and prepare as well as you can, that should help build your confidence,” Hull explained. “I think it’s great going into something knowing that you’ve prepared at least as well or maybe even better than anyone else.”
