Ospreys lock Rhys Davies is set to miss the rest of the season with a knee injury.
Davies missed the last-16 win against Sale at Bridgend last week.
The 25-year-old has played three internationals for Wales and started in a World Cup warm-up match against England in August 2023.
Ospreys are without George North and Alex Cuthbert but Wales’ 2023 World Cup co-captains Jac Morgan and Dewi Lake are both set to return.
The pair are due to travel to South Africa for the two United Rugby Championship (URC) fixtures against Stormers and Bulls later this month following lengthy injuries.

Meanwhile, Ospreys quartet Tristan Davies, Lewis Jones, Will Hickey and Cameron Jones have linked up with South African side Cheetahs as part of the ongoing partnership between the two sides.
They will be joining Cheetahs on a short-term loan and be available to play for the SA Cup.
This exchange started in late 2023 with Cheetahs players Dan Kasende, Marnus van der Merwe, Rewan Kruger, Evardi Boshoff, Jeandré Rudolph and Victor Sekekete having already played for Ospreys.
“This collaboration exemplifies the spirit of cooperation and mutual support that defines our partnership with Ospreys,” said Toyota chief executive Ross van Reenen.
“By sharing talent and resources, we strengthen both our clubs and enrich the rugby experience for players and fans alike.”
