US megachurch pastor Joel Osteen, who’s known for his positive and uplifting sermons, can now give people inspiration on demand in a new way.
The Lakewood Church preacher is now selling a ‘Joel Osteen Inspiration Cube’, which is an electronic audio device with more than 400 uplifting messages.
According to the product’s website, there are 365 daily inspirations, 52 sermons and 31 affirmations.
A promotional video says users can remove negative thoughts about today’s uncertain times with the simple push of a button.
“Refuse the negative thoughts that prevent you from reaching your gaols and take back control,” it says.
The device costs $39.99, an equivalent of £30, but Osteen won’t be getting a penny of the profits.
A spokesperson for Lakewood Church told The Christian Post that the money will go to the missions ministry at the Houston, Texas church.
On June 7, 2014 Houston pastor Joel Osteen took the stage at a sold-out Yankee Stadium to deliver a sermon in front of 50,000 people. Many of those in attendance that Saturday night were no doubt part of Osteen’s global television audience, which now extends to millions of viewers in more than 100 countries. The Yankee Stadium appearance was unthinkable just 15 years earlier because Osteen himself never dreamed it would be possible.
