Injury report: Trio to be assessed for return
Three Port Adelaide players availability to face the Blues on Friday night will be assessed this week.
A trio of Port Adelaide players could return to football this weekend, as Port Adelaide prepares to face Carlton on Friday night.
Todd Marshall (hip) and Kane Farrell (hamstring) will be tested throughout the week, while Lachie Jones is expected to exit concussion protocols on Friday, making him eligible for selection.
Connor Rozee is recovering from a corky to the hip pointer, which had him sit out part of the final quarter on Saturday, but the captain is expected to be available.
Ruckman Ivan Soldo is progressing well with his knee recovery and has been back running over the past fortnight, while small forward Jed McEntee has entered concussion protocols after a head knock during Sunday’s SANFL game.
Port Adelaide will name its team for Friday’s game against the Blues on Thursday at 5:50pm ACST.
