Luke Bryan Sold His Florida Beach House For A Cool $12.95 Million

Luke Bryan just unloaded some Florida real estate… and he made a pretty penny doing so.

Six figures? Higher. How about seven? Nope. The country star was asking EIGHT figures for his “Sunshine State” beach house, and one buyer finally ponied up and paid it. As of right now, the sale is pending, but if it goes through, Bryan will be walking away $12.95 million richer.

The home spans over 4,600 square feet and rises up four stories into the Santa Rosa Beach skyline in South Walton, Florida. Though the beachfront home is steps away from the ocean, the house also boasts an outdoor pool that would allow for one to enjoy the water while taking in the sights of the beach. You know… real rich people stuff.
