‘BUSINESS IS NOT DONE YET’ – MARCO SILVA SIGNS NEW THREE-YEAR CONTRACT WITH FULHAM

Marco Silva, who first joined with Fulham in 2021, extended his contract on Tuesday, securing his place at the London team through 2026. It follows the Spaniard’s two fruitful seasons with the Cottagers, during which he led them back to the Premier League in his first year of leadership. Silva said that keeping Fulham in the Premier League is his goal.
After agreeing to a new three-year deal, Marco Silva will lead Fulham until the conclusion of the 2025–2026 campaign.
It occurs following the Cottagers’ 2-0 Premier League loss to Tottenham on Monday.
The outcome extended Fulham’s inconsistent start to the new campaign, as they have dropped four of their first nine games and are currently ranked 13th.
After taking over for Scott Parker in the dugout in July 2021, the 46-year-old is presently in his second season as manager of the London team.
“We had been discussing a new contract for a while, so I’m really happy to sign it,” the former manager of Everton, Watford, and Hull City remarked.
When both sides are content and want to carry on working together, that’s always a positive indicator. We’ve had two fantastic seasons, and I believe that there is still work to be done in order to keep this club in the Premier League.
“We are working very hard to achieve this because it is important for this club’s future.”
